Adjacent to Asian Civilization Museum, this cafe serves a variety of local & western cuisine. The dessert shelf was so tempting, we ended up with 4 cakes instead of our intended 2! 🤭 The Spaghetti aglio olio with roast pork belly was quite spicy, comes with bacon strips & sundried tomatoes, but the roast pork belly felt reheated. The seasonal Indonesian chicken burger had its chicken patty coated with tempeh, which we find to be rather unique. I love the Fresh fruit tart, since it was full of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries & mango! My lunchmates voted the Hazelnut praline cake as the best of the lot (comes with whole hazelnuts in the cake). Overall, a chill spot to hang out, though I might go for cakes rather than the mains. Disappointing food. Vegan option dishes tasted better for some reason (not in any of my pictures because it was a friend's order). Pasta arrived COLD after a 45mins wait (how long really do you need to make pasta tossed in a sauce? Its not even fresh pasta). Chicken was so dry it was tough to eat. Asked for more brown sauce for the chicken and was told they were out of it. Service was slow and staff seemed newly hired for the event. Even drink orders take awhile to prepare and arrive (we didnt even ask for anything fancy, just regular instant fountain soda). Will not consider coming again.

Great restaurant inside Asian Civilization Museum, relaxing environment and got seats available outdoors alongside the Singapore River. Can order through the staff or scan the QR code on the table. The price of food is higher than average but tastes super lovely. I ordered Hainanese chicken rice, and the chicken was soft and right enough salt. Brown oil rice taste surprisingly good that can replace the usual white oil rice. The soup comes with the chicken rice taste yummy, and don’t feel thirsty after drinking. The ice lemon tea is kinda disappointing since the lemon flavour isn’t as strong as I think it will be, maybe other drink will be better.

We visited Privé ACM for the riverside view, but the weather was too hot to sit outdoor. Unfortunately we had to sit inside, which turned out to be quiet nice. The ambience and the interior was cozy and relaxing. My friend ordered Laksa and I ordered Green Thai curry. My friend told me that the Laksa was pretty tasty. The Green curry was ordinary - nothing special, just the green curry we all know. I would've liked it better if the rice was warmer. The rice served with the curry was quite cold. The Vanilla milkshake was tasty. It's quite sweet so those who have a sweet tooth would like it better! The service was friendly. I appreciate the waiter for throwing fun jokes; it definitely made the experience more enjoyable :)

The mango cake was strange a bit sour. The cake itself, not the mango. I thought the taste composition was a bit strange to me. The cake was $8++ which I felt was a bit pricey for the taste and portion. The sunset sangria was quite nice. There’s happy hour 4-8pm daily which is pretty good. The sangria was $10++ and it was flavorful. The service was ok as it was a slow Sunday afternoon. The area is facing the Singapore River looking towards boat quay. It’s probably nice to sit outdoors on a cool clear day.

I recently had the opportunity to try the burger in Prive ACM at lunch time and I found it to be a satisfying dining experience. The burger itself was well-prepared with a juicy patty and a generous amount of toppings. The accompanying fries were crispy and flavorful. Additionally, the salad provided a refreshing balance to the heavier components of the meal. However, while the burger was delicious, it did not necessarily stand out as unique or exceptional compared to other similar dining options in Singapore. The service at the restaurant was efficient, and the restaurant itself had a pleasant atmosphere.

My mom and I had a really good experience here! The staff were really kind and attentive - even offered us 10% off as visitors of ACM. Food was excellent! Would definitely recommend the Singaporean Chili Crab Spaghetti, Tracy's Salad, and the Dark Brownie Ala Mode. The view of the river was also topnotch!

The food was tasty. Service was meh but the quality of the food made up for it. The food also came very quickly. We ordered the vegan chicken rice, impossible gyoza, and the impossible sliders. Everything tasted great and I'm so happy that there are tons of vegetarian and vegan options. The only disappointing thing was the chicken rice soup which knocked a star off. It literally tasted like warm water. There was no flavour at all. The portions were also tiny so we were a little hungry after the meal, but we also ordered only one main and two starters instead of two mains and a starter, so that could be why. I would definitely try this place again because I genuinely did enjoy the food. I hope they fix the chicken rice soup because the rest of the dish was great.
